OUR HISTORY
InShape Personal Fitness was founded by Colin Policky and Edward Slonsky in 2003. Both majored in exercise science at the University of Southern California and had a vision for providing a better quality of life through fitness.
InShape has gone through many changes along the way as fitness has evolved but that vision has stayed constant. Utilizing the principles of improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, mobility and decreasing body fat percentage through exercise, we continue to stay true to this model.
InShape has an unparalleled retention rate in the personal training business due to its dedication to education and service. Many of the clientele have been training with us since our inception and have found inShape to be a second home.

HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is an extremely effective way in optimizing fitness potential. Studies have shown that achieving a maximum heart rate through exercise has lasting effects on physical and mental health.
