Sharon has been a part of the Fitness Industry for 30 years.   Starting in the 80’s, she has taught many types of classes including Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Spin and boot camp.   She has been a Certified Personal  Trainer since 1994.

She specializes in creating personalized fitness programs that directly address the individual client’s needs, challenges and goals.  She emphasizes functional exercise to improve balance, flexibility,  stability and muscle fitness/endurance.  She believes in making health and fitness a way of life, easing you into fitness so that you stay committed.
