Juan Valdivia is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has experience working with people from various age groups such as third graders, college level athletes at California State University Northridge and group exercise for adults over 50.
Juan initially found his passion for fitness while serving in the United States Marine Corps. He strives to maintain his health and fitness by exercising four to six days a week and applying healthy eating habits into his daily life. His fitness philosophy is “the body should move in different directions, so why not have fun with exercise”.
